Maine Emergency Squad, Inc., in collaboration with SREMS, is proud to offer a two-day EMS Leadership Course designed for current and aspiring EMS leaders. This course focuses on building effective leadership skills, strengthening communication, and fostering a positive organizational culture within emergency services.

Participants will explore key leadership concepts including the National EMS Management Association’s 7 Pillars of Leadership, the differences between managing and leading, and the impact leadership has on team culture. The course also emphasizes practical application, covering coaching, mentoring, communication strategies, and developing a personalized leadership and change plan.

Held on September 11th and 12th from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Maine Emergency Squad Route 26 Station, this program is ideal for EMTs, paramedics, supervisors, officers, and anyone looking to grow as a leader in EMS.

A $25 registration fee is required to reserve your seat and will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the course.
